Resynchronize Options
PrestaBay — PrestaShop Amazon Integration module correctly handle Product QTY, Price and Catalog Categories
update using standard PrestaShop interface. If you are using third-party tools to manage PrestaShop product QTY or
Categories assignment (like CSV import), it’s important to activate “Resynchronize” options. 
NB! Due to the complexity of Price field in PrestaShop, the module does not support “Resynchronize Price” tool. We are working on the solution that will allow correctly handle also this case. |
- Resynchronize QTY — compare QTY values in PrestaShop DB with data known by PrestaShop Amazon Integration module. If task finds differences in information, all required items flagged for qty revise. This task executed every 30 minutes.
- Resynchronize Catalog — compare products in PrestaShop categories with products added to Selling List with "Category Mode". When there differences then products added/removed from Selling List and try to export or removed from Amazon. This task also executed every 30 minutes.
